Richard obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree through the University of Winnipeg and his Regulation Degree through the College of Manitoba in 1975.  Subsequently, he was accepted on the Manitoba Bar in 1976. Richard's primary areas of exercise are in the sphere of corporate law, such as federal and provincial incorporation, company restructuring, s
